1.5oz blanco tequila
.5oz lime cordial
1oz red bell pepper syrup
1oz mangoo puree

Combine ingredients in shaker with crushed ice and shake Pour entire contents of shaker into a glass rimmed with tajin (chili, lime and salt mixture that is readily available). Float .5oz ancho liquor onto the drink. Garnish with a cucumber.

Home Version

1.5oz blanco tequila
.75oz lime juice
.5 oz agave syrup
1 oz red bell pepper syrup*
1 oz magno puree or juice
1 slice jalapeno
Pinch salt

Combine ingredients in shaker without ice and shake hard. Add crushed ice to shaker and shake again. Pour contents of shaker into a glass rimmed with tajin. Float .05oz Averna onto drink. Garnish with a cucumber.

*Red Bell Peper Syrup

1 cup sugar
1 cup hot water
2 red bell peppers—seeds removed and cut into slices

Combine sugar and water in a pot and bring to a boil. Take off stove and add peppers. Allow to sit for 10 minutes. Blend at high speed and strain. Cool before using. You may add an ounce of rum to increase shelf life. Keep refrigerated.
