Foodies and chefs unite for a good cause at the 28th annual A Toast to the Triangle, set for Sunday, March 9 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., at the McKimmon Center at N.C. State University.
The event serves as the signature fundraiser of the Tammy Lynn Center for Developmental Disabilities, which provides educational, residential and family support services to those with special needs.
A Toast to the Triangle offers samples from nearly 40 of the area’s finest restaurants and caterers; you can even vote for your favorite restaurant, in the People’s Choice Award!
Guests will also enjoy wine and beer pairings, and a silent auction featuring prizes including trips, signed sports memorabilia, jewelry and airline tickets.
Last year’s A Toast to the Triangle helped raise $195,000 to support the center’s programs and services.
Event tickets are $75, with raffle add-ons priced at $10 and up. Cocktail attire is suggested.
