On Tuesday, Gov. Roy Cooper announced that North Carolina restaurants and bars should close for dine-in service and instead offer take-out, curbside or delivery orders until further notice.
With fewer diners, local restaurants will suffer. They could use your support, and your carry-out order.
If you eat out regularly, why not change the experience slightly and still enjoy a great meal? Order online or over the phone, and an employee will bring the food out to your car. This is a great way to support your favorite restaurants, while maintaining a safe distance.
If you’d rather not eat out, consider purchasing a gift card to use later.
