Wild Orchid Hawaiian Martini

Say aloha to spring with this tropical-inspired martini — leis optional!

Wild Orchid Hawaiian Martini

For one martini:

2 ounces tropical flavored rum of your choice; coconut or guava recommended

¾ ounce coconut water

½ ounce simple syrup

¼ ounce POM Wonderful

½ ounce fresh squeezed lime juice

¾ ounce pineapple juice

Combine all ingredients and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with an orchid for tropical flair.

Two Tips:

Having a party? Turn this into a fun party punch by increasing the volume of ingredients. Place in a large punch bowl, chill with ice, and float orchids on top!

Impress your friends with your bartending skills by muddling fresh pineapple instead of using pineapple juice. Then garnish with a pineapple wedge on the side of the glass.
