Rock Your World

Singer Eddie Money will headline the Rock Your World benefit concert in Cary on Aug. 12.

Rock on.

Help out.

You’re invited to do both as the eighth annual Rock Your World benefit concert comes to Cary, with headliner Eddie Money, known for iconic songs like “Two Tickets to Paradise” and “Take Me Home Tonight.”

All proceeds from the concert, which happens on Saturday, Aug. 12 at Koka Booth Amphitheatre, go to the Hope for Haiti Foundation and Water for Good.

“We are very excited to be bringing the Rock Your World charity concert to Koka Booth Amphitheatre and to have a fantastic music lineup leading up to Eddie Money’s performance,” said Mark Martyak, one of the event organizers.

“This will be our biggest fundraising event to date, and will definitely live up to our tagline of ‘Rock and Roll for a Reason.’”

Hope for Haiti Foundation is a nonprofit that works to empower individual Haitians to act and change their own nation.

Water for Good tackles water poverty in the Central African Republic, with the goal to provide clean, lasting water for every person.
