More players means more help for the hungry — so join our 2015 Cary Magazine Gives Back partner, Brown Bag Ministry, on the golf course!
The Chips & Sandwedges Tourney is Brown Bag’s biggest and most important fundraiser of 2015. It provides dollars to continue the work of this all-volunteer organization, as they help fill critical food gaps for the homeless and hungry throughout the Triangle.
Anyone who can swing a golf club and has a passion for helping the needy can play at Chips & Sandwedges!
The tourney is set for Sunday, April 19 from 1 to 6 p.m., at Lochmere Golf Club in Cary. Slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to register your team now.
Every player gets a goodie bag, winning teams get trophies, and hole-in-one prizes for the four Par 3 holes range from an Amazon Kindle to $50,000.
Plus, you’ll have a chance at some great door prizes, as well as prizes in the Tourney Raffle. And don’t forget that a portion of your fees are tax-deductible.
