Here’s a brand new way to golf for a cause: The inaugural American Lung Association Triangle Golf Outing.
Set for this coming Monday, June 12, the event benefits the American Lung Association in North Carolina, with tournament proceeds going to fight lung cancer, and to help people with COPD and children with chronic asthma.
The golf outing will take place at MacGregor Downs Country Club in Cary, and is open to golfers of all skill levels. Golfers will enjoy a scramble and some friendly competition on the greens, with registration also including a light lunch, golf cart, prizes, games, a buffet dinner, and more.
Shotgun start is at high noon, with the dinner buffet and awards program set for 5:30 p.m.
