While there, revelers can tour three, professionally decorated new model homes by Taylor Morrison and explore the life and style available with a home in Taylor Morrison’s new collections in the community.
The three models – the Rochester, Waverly and London – present homebuyers with a variety of lifestyle options, including first floor owner’s suites, third floors, basements, up to six bedrooms, and more. Model homes available for touring are from the Estate, Signature and Executive Collections and range in size from approximately 2,600 to more than 4,100 square feet.
