Eva Shockey of Raleigh is a former competitive dancer, an acclaimed huntress, a personality on Outdoor Channel, a Cabela’s spokesperson, and an exclusive athlete on the Under Armour Hunt team, and now one of the Hollywood Reporter’s Top 10 personalities. Her husband, Tim Brent, is formerly of the Carolina Hurricanes.

Shockey will do a book signing for her new book, TAKING AIM: Daring to Be Different, Happier, and Healthier in the Great Outdoors, on Aug. 30 at Cabela’s in Garner.

TAKING AIM is Eva’s memoir of adventure, skill, and healthy living. In the book, Eva shares how every tough moment she has faced has helped her become the person she is today.
