End-of-Summer Pasta Class
Celebrate the flavors of late summer with a hands-on evening devoted to the art of fresh pasta. In this vibrant and seasonal class, you’ll learn to make sweet corn ravioli from scratch, paired with a bright basil pesto that captures the essence of the season. Then, shape fettuccine noodles by hand and toss them with farmers market herbs, cherry tomatoes, spring onions, and a hint of lemon for a light and lively dish. We’ll finish with a classic Italian treat — affogato — where velvety espresso meets cool vanilla gelato. A perfect send-off to summer, shared around the table.
