Lunch seating is first come, while evening supper and special tea reservations keep the historic rooms humming for relaxed gatherings downtown.
The in-house menu spotlights freshly baked cream scones with rotating flavored butters, ten layer salad laced with pimiento cheese dressing, shrimp and grits with tomato bacon gravy, and vibrant fall vegetable curry over jasmine rice. Tea lovers can build a pot from loose leaf selections and pair it with tea-steeped cocktails such as The Widow Nichols or make any brew a toddy for an indulgent twist.
Weekend rituals include the Sunday Funday tiered tea service and a monthly Supper Club whose seven-course menus raise funds for CureSearch for Children’s Cancer. Jazz sets enliven Saturday nights, and the kitchen balances hearty comfort with vegetarian and vegan options, giving every guest a reason to return.
