About: PROVIDING 24/7 READING SERVICES FOR THE BLIND AND PRINT IMPAIRED North Carolina Reading Service (NCRS), a nonprofit 501 (c) organization, connects people who are blind and print impaired to each other, their communities, and families by delivering news, information and entertainment using the latest audio technology. NCRS volunteers read local news, editorials and community news from over 80 periodicals and national magazines. We also read local drug, department store and grocery ads.
