Classic cocktail, but make it fall — sage and ginger add cozy spice and crispness to this rendition.
1 ½ ounces Hornitos Reposado Tequila
½ ounce Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur
1 ¼ ounce grapefruit juice
½ ounce lime juice
1 dash grapefruit bitters (optional)
3 sage leaves
your favorite ginger beer
In a shaker, muddle sage leaves with lime juice. Add ice, tequila, ginger liqueur, grapefruit juice, and grapefruit bitters. Shake and strain into glass with fresh ice. Top with ginger beer and enjoy!
