Escape to the coast for an evening of fresh, seaside-inspired flavors in our Demonstration Kitchen. This relaxed culinary experience features a chef-led menu including simple tuna tartare with sesame and chives, a grilled asparagus and shrimp salad with lemon-Dijon dressing, and blackened North Carolina fish served over snap pea brown butter rice. While this class leans more toward a demonstration, guests are welcome to step up, join in, and get a closer look as we prepare each dish together.
