Sunset in Tuscany Cooking Class
Spend an evening cooking a flavorful Tuscan meal that celebrates the best of the season. You’ll start with grilled fennel sausage and grapes — an unexpectedly delicious combination — followed by salt-roasted sweet onions topped with creamy Fontina fonduta. For dessert, we’ll make a light and airy Zabaione served with fresh summer berries. It’s a relaxed, hands-on class inspired by the rustic charm of an Italian supper.
