The Triangle Train is excited to announce an ambitious season of events that we hope will keep you coming back to visit us!  We will continue our Slow down Sunday rides starting in May… a fun outing for parents, kids, grandparents, family, and friends all at a reasonable price on a Sunday afternoon! We love to tout the fun and enjoyment we see on the little ones faces breezing through the cool woods taking in the sights and sounds of a train ride, enjoying a guided tour about the operation and equipment, or marveling at the G-Scale ‘Garden’ railway that has something for everyone.

This season we are proudly partnering with several local Breweries and Food Trucks to have parent and family friendly Brew-n-Choo events! These events allow adults to come enjoy local craft beer and local food truck cuisine while they visit our railroad for a ride. Each event will feature a local brewery and food truck as well as the train ticket sales benefit a select NHVR project!

July 27 – Saturday Brew-n-Choo for Steam Locomotive #17 restoration – Bombshell Brewery and Humble Pig or Bam Pow Chow

August 31 – Saturday Brew-n-Choo for Loco #10 restoration – Featuring Fortnight Brewery and Chick N Que food truck

Sept 28 – Saturday Brew-n-Choo for Goldston Depot restoration – Featuring Fortnight Brewery and Get Buffaloed food truck
