The first of December brings thoughts of all the wonderful treats and gifts to come. Its also when parents start asking, “have you been naughty or nice this year?” We all, even the best of us, get into mischief throughout the year and while Saint Nicolas in his jolliness might look the other way his counterpart (co-worker, really), Krampus, never misses a dirty deed. But Fit & Able is here to help!

On December 1st don’t run from your mistakes! The Krampus Skramble is your last chance to help others and get on the good list before Christmas! Some only need to scramble for a mile… others 2 or 3 or more!

This is a special kind of event that you can’t do anywhere else in the Triangle. Basically, run as much or as little as you want! You’ll have 90 minutes to run as far and as fast as you can. There will be prizes for Most Miles, Fastest Mile, Youngest Miler, and Oldest Miler. How many laps can you do in 90 minutes? You can also choose to race individually or as a relay team. Prizes are available for both categories!

This event helps Fit & Able Productions continue to support other non-profits in raising awareness of their missions and the money to support those missions. Each year we either stage events for many charities or invite them to be part of our races so that they can succeed in their great work.
