Che Apalache Live at the Bullpen

Jul 20, 2018 @ 8:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Free

Che Apalache, or “my Appalachian homie,” is a four-man string band based in Buenos Aires with members from Argentina, Mexico, and the United States. Their debut album “Latingrass” is a respectfully crafted testament to how cultural exchange can yield authentic fusion. Latingrass is also fitting description for the band’s delightful brand of music: a playful blend of original compositions and genre standards from both Latin American and Appalachian traditions.

Admission is free! Bring your friends and family for an evening of Latin-American fusion at the Bullpen! A portion of the drink sales go to support the Music Maker Relief Foundation

Joe Troop (fiddle, vocals), Pau Andrés Barjau Mateu (banjo, vocals), Franco Martino (guitar, vocals), Martin Bobrik (mandolin, vocals)
