African American Cultural Celebration

The theme of the African American Cultural Celebration is The Shoulders We Stand On, giving visitors a time to reflect, honor and celebrate our rich history, present happenings and future opportunities.
WHAT: 16th Annual African American Cultural Celebration, the state’s kickoff event to Black History Month
