Flavors of the Greek Isles
Escape to the sun-drenched shores of the Aegean with a hands-on cooking class inspired by the bright, bold flavors of coastal Greece. You’ll begin with grilled eggplant rolls filled with creamy herbed cheese — simple, elegant, and bursting with summer flavor. For the main course, we’ll prepare ouzo-marinated shrimp served over a bed of tomato and garlic orzo, full of fresh herbs and citrus. To finish, you’ll make a classic olive oil lemon cake — light, fragrant, and soaked in sweet syrup. This class is a perfect celebration of the Mediterranean table, designed to bring a little island magic to your summer evenings.
