An Ode to Summer Tomatoes
Celebrate the height of tomato season with a menu that puts this summer staple front and center. In this hands-on class, you’ll start with a warm hoecake topped with creamy burrata and sweet tomato jam, followed by a chilled gazpacho finished with pickled shrimp. We’ll end with a Southern favorite — savory tomato pie with a flaky, golden crust. It’s a joyful tribute to one of summer’s simplest pleasures, best enjoyed around the table.
