Cary Magazine has compiled basic information about many of the area's preschools and mother's morning out programs below.
Important Information: Most programs require that parents attend an open house program or tour prior to registration. It is best to attend without your child if possible. If on lottery day your child is not selected, do not be discouraged. The more waitlists your child is on, the better the chance a spot will become available before the school year begins. The programs listed below offer a variety of weekday options. Offerings typically include one-day programs for young toddlers, two- and three-day programs for 2-year-olds and four- and five-day programs for 4- and 5-year-olds. Registration fees are most often nonrefundable and are due only when the child has been accepted into the program. Some programs require additional fees for backpacks, tote bags or supplies. Information is subject to change, so call or visit each program's Web site for the most up-to-date information.
