The holiday season is about giving back, and with the upcoming Holiday Bazaar at Waltonwood Cary Parkway, a premier senior living community, residents and the public will be able to do that in two ways. The event on Saturday, Dec. 15, from noon to 4 p.m. will allow people to skip the mall and shop for their loved ones, as well as donate to two organizations, The Alzheimer’s Association and Dementia Alliance. Vendors will be at the community (located at 750 SE Cary Parkway) with jewelry, candles, crafts, cosmetics, baked goods and more. They’ll also have raffles, music, a dessert bar and hot chocolate to get you into the holiday spirit. Proceeds from the sales will benefit the local chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association and Dementia Alliance. With a variety of items to choose from you’re bound to find something for everyone on your list!
