WHEN:
Wednesdays 5-6 p.m.
8-week group beginning October 9 (not meeting Nov. 27)

WHO:
Group will be run by Chelsea Eikenberg, LPA (Provisional)

GROUP FEES (All Non-Refundable):
60-minute consult (required) with parent and child (fee not included in total cost of the group and varies based on the provider- non refundable)
Group payment options:
Pay weekly: $95 per session (must pay $95 deposit to hold spot. Fee applied to first night of group).
Pay up front for all 8 sessions: $684 (includes 10% discount)
