Wish Upon a Wedding is a nonprofit wish-granting organization, providing weddings and vow renewals to couples facing terminal illness and serious life altering circumstances, regardless of sexual orientation.

Offiically launched in January 2010, Wish Upon a Wedding has more than 15 chapters nationwide, including a North Carolina Chapter launched in June 2010. Its board of directors is comprised of established wedding professionals from across the state.
