Southpark Village Shopping Center continues to fill up with new businesses, and Phase II construction that will provide an additional 24,000 square feet of retail space is expected to
begin in early 2011.

Phase I is open and operating and includes a Harris Teeter grocery store, which opened for business in September 2009. Open and operating on four out-parcel sites are CVS Pharmacy, Chickfil-A, Burger King and an ABC Store. Under construction on other out-parcels are Fidelity Bank, which is scheduled to open this fall, and SunTrust Bank. AAA Carolinas and BB&T are scheduled to begin construction soon on other out-parcels.

New tenants who opened this summer or fall at South Park Village are All Aboard Pizzeria and Ice Cream Bar; Rex Family Practice of Holly Springs; Fritz and Bovenizer Orthodontics; Edible Arrangements; Peak Nutrition and Weight Loss Clinic and Martial Arts Studio.
