Grab Some Green

Looking to clean up, or get in the green?

Join the Big Sweep this weekend at Lake Crabtree County Park!

Volunteer teams will gather on Saturday, April 5 from 9 a.m. to noon, for raffles, prizes and service to community, by cleaning the shores of Lake Crabtree.

Come alone, come as a group, or bring the kids, and teach them the high cost of litter in our waterways.

Squeamish about getting your hands dirty? No worries!

Gloves, bags and other supplies will be provided by the park.

All you have to do is call to say you’ll be there: (919) 460-2723.

Lake Crabtree County Park is located at 1400 Aviation Parkway, Morrisville. Participants will meet at the boat rental tower.
